Charge: Habitual Felon (felony)
According to the N.C. Department of Correction, Farris was convicted Dec. 14, 2006, of possession with intent to sell and distibute a schedule VI drug. He was released July 5, 2007. Farris also has several other convictions on his record, including failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change, driving with license revoked, accessory after the fact to robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to sell a schedule II drug.
